Our growing team in Melbourne is looking for a Groups Corporate Travel Consultant who is eager to deliver exceptional travel experiences for corporate groups.Responsibilities:Interact with corporate clients to understand their group travel requirements, ensuring each trip is tailored to the group's needs.Handle group travel requests promptly via phone and email, providing detailed travel itineraries.Provide personalized service for group bookings, including flights, accommodation, and ground transportation.Utilize GDS platforms (Galileo, Sabre, or Amadeus) to book flights, hotels, and car rentals for groups.Optimize group travel budgets by recommending cost-effective options while maintaining quality and service standards.Process group bookings and self-ticketing transactions efficiently and accurately.Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies and client preferences.Maintain clear and professional communication with clients, vendors, and colleagues throughout the travel process.Provide timely updates and resolutions for any changes or issues regarding group travel arrangements.Ensure that all group travel needs, from small meetings to large events, are met with precision and excellence.Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in corporate travel OR retail travel, with some Groups experience.
