The Opportunity – Novaskill is seeking an enthusiastic Group Training Manager to join our team.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, foster community relationships, and lead a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Lead and inspire teams to consistently achieve high performance standards across the group training scheme. Strategic Growth: Develop and execute a clear and compelling growth strategy to achieve operational and strategic objectives in Group Training across Novaskill's footprint. Partnership Cultivation: Develop, foster and create new business opportunities. Financial Management: Set and exceed financial targets, implement financial controls and risk management strategies to ensure return on investment. Collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders, including engaging with industry associations and professional networks. Key Attributes: Proven leader: Ability to inspire and motivate the GTO team to achieve targets, and grow Novaskill's presence and influence. Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Sales expertise: In-depth understanding of sales processes, techniques, and market trends. Community-Oriented: Passion for building strong partnerships within the local community. Excellent Communicator: Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and community stakeholders. Qualifications: Proven experience in a similar management role. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Excellent networking and relationship-building skills.
