The Role Reporting to the Group ESG Executive, this role will be responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, management and reporting of environmental social and governance related data and information from across the CLV global group. You will liaise with estates management and sustainability staff at CLV's partner universities to collect sustainability performance data, as well as develop business cases for investment in projects that will improve environmental and social outcomes. Key roles and responsibilities include: Supporting the Group ESG Executive on delivery of CLV's annual sustainability performance report with reference to the Global Reporting Initiative's (GRI) Standards by collecting and processing relevant data and information from across the business. Completion of CLV's annual GRESB survey and other such external surveys as required. Delivery of Investor, Board and Committee sustainability performance information requests as required. Coordinating the design and delivery of the annual sustainability performance report and other external sustainability reporting as required. Working closely with the Development, Design & Construction team to capture and integrate sustainability performance data from CLV's development projects into Group performance data and reporting. Gather sustainability performance data of products and services to inform business cases and strategic decision making. About You You have experience in a sustainability-focused role, with experience in collecting, managing, and analysing group-wide sustainability performance data, as well as compiling sustainability performance reporting for both internal and external stakeholders. You may have experience in the built sector or have held a consulting role working with similar organisations. As someone with a passion for data and a strong analytical mind, you are well-versed in creating PowerBI dashboards and using tools such as Excel. Additionally, you thrive in building engaging relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, both internally and externally. You will have: 3+ years in a sustainability reporting/ESG focused role. Relevant tertiary qualifications. Operational knowledge of property/ asset sustainability frameworks such as GRESB, Greenstar, BREEAM, LEED and WELL. Demonstrable competence in environmental, social and governance-related data collection, management and analysis including areas such as GHG emissions, energy, water, waste, health and safety, wellbeing, employee engagement, diversity and inclusion, human rights, community impact, modern slavery, and sustainable procurement. Understanding of and experience working with sustainability frameworks such as ISSB, GRI, GRESB, SBTI, CDP, the UN SDGs, B4SI and the UN Global Compact, preferable. Exceptional skills in the manipulation, analysis and presentation of data and information including outstanding Excel skills and experience with building and using PowerBI dashboards. Communication skills in preparing correspondence, submissions, presentations, and reports. Superior organisational skills with the ability to set and manage deadlines, and excellent project management skills.
