This pivotal role requires collaboration with senior stakeholders, including the CEO, Executive Leadership Team, and program directors, to ensure the effective management and alignment of our ICT operations and service management with business objectives.Key responsibilities:Lead the ICT Operations & Service Management team, fostering a culture of innovation and accountability.Develop and execute strategies to enhance ICT infrastructure, applications including SAP, and service delivery, ensuring alignment with organisational goals.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to understand business needs and deliver effective IT solutions.Oversee the implementation of emerging technologies to support the organisation's strategic initiatives.Manage ICT operations budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility while delivering value-driven results.Establish governance mechanisms to maintain compliance with regulations, audits, and risk management protocols.Drive cloud adoption initiatives and manage ICT environments to support scalability and business growth.Lead the information security operations services to ensure consistent and high-quality cyber and information security management in support of the business goals.What We're Looking ForWe are seeking a people-focused leader who thrives on collaboration and possesses the technical expertise to drive results.
