About the OpportunityAn exciting new opportunity has been created in our dynamic Finance team for a Group Reporting and Treasury Manager to join us on our growth journey. Reporting to the Financial Controller (FC), you will be critical in the delivery of all our financial reporting outputs including annual financial statements, quarterly, monthly reports as well as other financial reports and information. You will be a key player in leading our treasury and banking function, working on treasury accounting, embedding policies and procedures and be critical in treasury and lender relationship management. Working closely with the FC, you will also drive continuous improvement across the group reporting function & treasury activities.
About YouWe are looking for a true team player who has extensive experience across group reporting functions along with a high level of organisational skills and attention to detail. Your experience within treasury functions will be highly advantageous in the role as you embed these policies and procedures.

Tertiary qualification in Finance or Accounting.Membership of a professional accounting body e.g. CPA or CA.High degree of proficiency with key business software e.g. MS Excel.Demonstrated experience in complex financial accounting, including a sound understanding of financial accounting practices and strong knowledge of the operation of Australian Accounting Standards and taxation.Demonstrated experience in large scale debt and treasury portfolio management, including lender relationship management and large debt financings.Knowledge of business improvement principles or methodologies to enable and drive a continuous improvement culture.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.Excellent problem-solving skills & time management skills with the ability to effectively manage deadlines and conflicting priorities.Ability to negotiate effectively, resolve complex issues and build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.Knowledge of Workday is desirable.CultureTo attract, retain and develop talented people, we provide genuine flexibility, a culture that supports people to be their best and on top of that - great opportunities for career development.
