About the Role
Our Group Reporting (GR) team is expanding and we're looking for a Group Reporting Senior Associate to join our vast community of solvers.
The GR brings our purpose to life by providing support to the firm in its accounting and financial reporting obligations and partnering with our businesses.
You'll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:
Financial accounting (preferably within a professional services environment).
Auditing (preferable).
Having excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Being CA or CPA qualified.
Microsoft Excel and Word.
Time management and organisational skills to meet the strictest of deadlines.
In our GR team, your impact will be seen by:
Assisting with the preparation of year-end statutory accounts.
Supporting financial audit processes and ensuring compliance across multiple subsidiaries of the business by collaborating with internal and external auditors and other key stakeholders.
Ensuring adherence to Accounting Standards and staying updated on new standard changes applicable to the role.
Helping with month-end and year-end processing, including preparation of underlying journals and balance sheet reconciliations.
Addressing a variety of ad-hoc queries from management, business finance teams, and other stakeholders.
Assisting with the Firm's tax compliance obligations.
Providing coaching to junior staff.
