Job Description Based in head office, this pivotal role will oversee the financial control division to ensure all obligations are met. Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Efficiently leading the team to ensure the timely delivery of financial and compliance obligations.Cultivate strong relationships with operational leaders across various divisions and providing sound advice.Implement and uphold financial controls and policies aligned with head office directives.Supervise group costs across engineering, fixed assets, and related domains.Undertake ad hoc project initiatives as necessary. The Successful Applicant The successful candidate will be CA/CPA qualified and will have experience ideally within Audit and moved into commerce and industry into a leadership role within a group function. You will have at least seven years post graduate experience and be able to work in a fast paced, agile environment. To be successful in this role you will have strong stakeholder management skills and be a natural communicator who enjoys working across the business and leading teams.
