About the role We currently have an opportunity for a Canberra based Group Regional Manager to help us continue to drive the success of our 21 Canberra and surrounding southern regional NSW stores. This is a role well suited to an experienced retailer; someone who thrives in a team environment and has a very strong customer-service orientation. S omeone who is a very good communicator, hardworking, well organised and would like to take their retail career to a new level. Leadership skills come naturally to you and nurturing talent is a key to your current success.

B eing a privately owned and family run company based in Summer Hill in Sydney, you'll work in a 'hands on' and supportive environment, where multi-tasking is the norm and continuous improvement is an integral part of our DNA.
What will you do? Drive the ongoing sales focus, service standards and success of stores within your region. Develop a high-performance team culture throughout your stores. Manage the full employment lifecycle of your team, while improving your existing human resource management skills. This includes the management of rosters and the optimisation of staffing levels. Business planning with your Store Managers including the coaching and development of all team members. Contribute to the development of training and development programs. Ensure the maintenance of nationally aligned retail standards and promotional activity, including compliance with Company policies and procedures. Work alongside like-minded multi-site retail leaders, sharing ideas and best practice. What skills and experience do you need? Proven history of achieving beyond personal and store targets and KPI's.Outstanding leadership qualities and exceptional communication skills.Excellent people development, performance management and training skills.Excellent attention to detail with the ability to multitask.Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment.Highly organised, deadline driven and proactive.Strong computer literacy with a minimum of intermediate Microsoft Office Skills.Must be self-motivated with an active 'hands on' approach and a 'can do' attitude.High level of professionalism and work ethic.Generous Team Member discount across all jewellery brands.The opportunity to be part of a dynamic performance-based family culture.An attractive salary package, including bonus scheme and Company vehicle.
