Group Procurement Manager (Relocation to Adelaide)Group Procurement Manager (Relocation to Adelaide)Our client is a successful and growing volume builder in Adelaide turning over $300m+, a large display home network, strong brand and on a growth trajectory under excellent, proven leadership.As the newly appointed Group Procurement Manager, you'll support business growth and drive strategic and operational outcomes within procurement, including leading negotiations and driving continuous improvement.Your responsibilities would include:Understand procurement needs and develop sourcing and supply strategies.Lead supplier and labour negotiations.Build and maintain long-term supplier and trade relationships.Identify, research, and recommend new suppliers.Develop procedures for operational efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.Set and manage KPIs group-wide for supplier performance.Recommend new products and suppliers to the Management Team.Manage a small team, including performance management and goal setting.Prepare monthly reports on financial and operational performance for the Executive Leadership Team.Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:Significant experience in at a senior level within procurementDeep knowledge of the volume building industryFamiliarity in supplier negotiations and procurement best-practisesStrong ability learn, adapt, problem solve and take personal accountabilityExcellent communication, both written and verbal, to deal with diverse stakeholders.Commitment to prioritising and enforcing safety protocols on construction sites.How to Apply:If you are motivated to pursue and advance this opportunity, we would love to hear from you for a confidential exploratory conversation.
