About the Role
The JBS Australia Group Payroll team are currently seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team, based at our Northern Operations office in Riverview (Ipswich). This role would ideally suit a candidate with strong administration skills and a positive disposition seeking a long-term career opportunity. Duties would typically include:
End to end processing of 11,000+ salary/wage employees and labour hire personnel on a weekly and fortnightly basis.Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee file s (including but not limited to: letter of appointments, personal contact details, personal banking details, TFN declarations and associated taxation information, salary and packaging details, leave forms and salary review details.Respond in a timely manner to employee queries or requests for payroll information from employees and managers.Respond in a timely manner to employee queries or requests for payroll information from employees and managers.Preparing payroll reports and participating in end-of-pay related activities as directed.
