Australia and New Zealand and its subsidiary companies.
We are seeking a motivated person to join our payroll team, at our Eastwood office, on a permanent part-time basis.
Hours are flexible across 4 days per week.
A full day is required on a Wednesday as this is pay day!
The role will include: End-to-end payroll processing, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
Supporting reporting requirements and conducting audits.
Administration to ensure system integrity.
Providing excellent customer service, upholding company standards and ensuring advise is in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Contributing to continuous improvement.
Supporting the Bridgestone Vision and sustainability initiatives, complying with HSE requirements and demonstrating TRACE behaviours.
About you We welcome applications from candidates with previous payroll experience, however, this is not essential.
We recognise that skills and experience are transferrable from other positions so if you are keen to commence a career in payroll and eager to learn, this is the perfect opportunity.
This role will suit someone with excellent attention to detail and well-developed analytical skills.
You will present with a high level of focus on customer service and have outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
To be considered for this role, you will also need to display the following: Fast and accurate data entry skills A sense of urgency with the ability to adhere to deadlines.
Strong problem solving ability.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Excellent teamwork and relationship building skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Excel.
Experience with payroll software (e.g.
SAP) is an advantage.
