salaries, wages, benefits, garnishments, taxes, bonuses, commissions) for over 15,000 team members across JB Hi-Fi Group.Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates (e.g., new hires, terminations, changes to pay rates, position changes).Ensure timely processing of payroll in accordance with legislative, industrial and company requirements and procedures.Manage the preparation of all State and Federal tax obligations including PAYG tax, STP lodgements and Superannuation Guarantee contributions.Review and implement compliance changes to systems and processes to maintain best practice and meet legal requirements.Lead payroll technology integration initiatives to enhance automation, scalability, and efficiency across payroll systems.About you3-5+ years proven experience in a Payroll Manager role within a fast paced, high-volume environment.Solid understanding of payroll practices, legislation and compliance.Proactive, solutions focussed, and flexible approach.Effective time management to prioritise and follow through on competing demands.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and collaboration.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with Excel skills being particularly crucial for data analysis and reporting.Experience in ADP and PayGlobal preferred but not essential.To ApplyIf you are interested in this exciting opportunity with us, please click apply and upload your CV.
