We specialise in treatment plans for chronic pain, mental health, and sleep disorders, offering both telehealth and in-store consultations.Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our clinics and dispensaries across Queensland.
The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving business growth, ensuring exceptional patient care, and leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.Key Responsibilities:Operational Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery across all locations.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business growth strategies, focusing on maximising opportunities for profit and enhancing patient services.Team Management: Lead, mentor, and develop clinic staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.Financial Oversight: Manage budgets, control expenses, and optimise financial performance.Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all operations comply with healthcare regulations and company policies.Patient Experience: Uphold the highest standards of patient care, continually seeking ways to improve the patient experience.Marketing and Community Engagement: Promote the clinic's services through various channels and build strong relationships within the community.Qualifications and Experience:Proven experience as an Operations Manager or similar executive role, preferably within the healthcare or alternative medicine sector.Strong understanding of business processes and functions, including finance, HR, procurement, and operations.Excellent leadership and organisational skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.What We Offer:Competitive salary $130K and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through innovative healthcare solutions.Join Green Life Clinics and be a part of a team that is revolutionising alternative healthcare in Australia.Interviews to take place the week commencing 20 January 2024.
