We're now seeking a passionate and experienced Group Operations Manager to step into a key leadership role as we enter an exciting new chapter of growth.The RoleAs the Group Operations Manager, you'll oversee production across our two modern flour mills located in South Australia and Victoria. Reporting directly to the CEO and working closely with the management team, you'll be at the helm of driving operational excellence and efficiency. Key responsibilities include:Production Oversight: Lead and manage end-to-end production processes, including mixing, milling, and packing. Ensure timely adherence to production schedules while maintaining high standards in productivity, quality, and workplace safety (WHS).Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with procurement, quality control, and maintenance teams to ensure seamless production flow.People Management: Ensure a well-trained, motivated workforce by actively engaging in staffing, training, and development, fostering a culture of high performance.Continuous Improvement: Regularly review production data to spot trends, pinpoint improvement opportunities, and implement cost-saving strategies.About YouWe're looking for a candidate with a strong background in food processing or related industries, ideally with hands-on experience in flour milling.
