We invite you to contribute to our legacy and play a pivotal role in shaping environments that define Melbourne living.About the role:We are seeking an experienced Group Office Manager who is highly organised, mature, and proactive to ensure the seamless operation of our dynamic office environments. This role is based in Armadale and services all locations within the Marshall White Group. As an exceptional leader, you will manage multiple stakeholders and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Direct the overall operations of multiple offices, ensuring all functions run smoothly and efficiently, managing all aspects of utilities and facilities to provide a seamless operational experience.Lead and manage front office teams, including reception and office coordinators, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency in client relations and internal communication.Spearhead initiatives to refine and upgrade operational processes, enhancing the client experience and operational efficiency.Manage key projects such as office refurbishments and the integration of new systems, ensuring compliance with company standards and deadlines.Conduct regular performance evaluations and one-on-one sessions to foster a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.Effectively communicate and manage relationships with a variety of stakeholders, including suppliers, staff, and senior management.Serve as a point of contact for Directors and Partners, assisting with strategic tasks and decision-making processes.Oversee the procurement and management of corporate stationery and office supplies.Manage the company's insurance policies, ensuring compliance and up-to-date coverage, and approve invoicing and manage office budgets to ensure financial prudence.Key Selection Criteria:Proven leadership experience in managing and leading teams, with a capability to inspire, motivate, and guide others towards achieving excellence.Resilience and adaptability to manage a highly reactive and dynamic environment, adjusting quickly to the demands of the role.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a proven track record of effective decision-making under pressure.Demonstrates initiative and exhibits a proactive approach, identifying and addressing needs before they arise.Highly organised with an ability to manage multiple projects and priorities seamlessly.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, essential for managing teams and stakeholder relationships.Mature and well-presented professional, embodying the high standards of our business in all interactions and activities.Experience:Minimum 5 years in a management role, preferably in a corporate or real estate environment.Strong background in facilities management, financial oversight, and project management.Why Join Us:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.Opportunities for professional growth within a prestigious company.A dynamic work environment with diverse daily challenges.If you're ready to lead and inspire, submit your resume and a cover letter explaining why you're the perfect fit for this role.
