Role Purpose:
Responsible for planning, successful execution and follow up of a diverse range of customer retention and continuity campaigns.
Owns the segmentation and management of the CRM database and has responsibility for creating, mapping and activating multiple consumer journeys.
Responsible for ensuring that our relationship with consumers from acquisition of lead details through to the retail experience is insightful and impactful.
Responsible for building and increasing brand awareness and brand consideration.
Key Accountabilities:
CRM
P&L - Responsibility for reaching or exceeding budgeted financial goals.
CRM Strategy - Responsible for the development of the CRM strategy and optimisation of existing continuity programs.
Campaign Planning & Execution.
Campaign Analysis.
Brand
Campaign Management.
CRM brand.
Communication Plan.
Trade Marketing.
Qualifications:
Essential: Undergraduate degree (Marketing, Communications or business).

Skills and Abilities:
Strong level of ability in delivering Direct Marketing, Lead Generation, Brand and CRM strategy.
Keen project management skills with an ability to interact with and motivate others to succeed on several fronts simultaneously.
Strong analytical and technical abilities with the ability to turn numbers and insights into actions.
Problem solving skills with the ability to make recommendations and decisions.
Effective verbal and written communication on all levels and both internally and externally.
Strong knowledge and experience in digital marketing automation.
Demonstrated experience in working closely with Sales Teams to deliver on key sales objectives.
Experience:
10+ years marketing experience including a significant share of that time leading, developing and executing CRM marketing strategies.
Strong direct response marketing experience in an environment generating lead, ideally for a retail network.
Significant experience in CRM systems e.g.
Salesforce, Microsoft CRM or SAP CRM preferred.
Knowledge and experience with call centre operations an advantage.
Experienced in designing & documenting workflow processes.
Retail, Insurance, Financial Services or Health Care Marketing background preferred.
Experience managing a similar sized team of marketers.
