The Opportunity The Group Manager People, Performance, and Reward will be a crucial thought and action partner to the Chief People Officer and our wider business.
We are looking for that very special 'unicorn' in the People (HR) space.
Someone who has a depth of knowledge around remuneration practices and who is also an all-round generalist when it comes to people and performance practices.
This newly established role will see you taking the lead as a key enabler of the Group's remuneration and benefits practices.
You will also 'own' our culture and engagement assessments and will support the execution of the enabling elements to the group wide people strategy; Included within this will be supporting our leadership development programs through the management of the programs which sit within our leadership development framework.
Appreciating the importance of connecting with stakeholders and balancing the needs of the business, you will be adept at providing robust and contemporary thought leadership and advice.
Your role will see you supporting our achievement of Amotiv's upper quartile ambition in respect of our people.
Your expertise will ensure you are developing and managing executive compensation and benefit plans that align with both market standards and our organisational objectives.
What we need you to do 'Roll up your sleeves' and get things done.
The role will see you contributing through the following key result areas:
Designing and delivering a compelling remuneration and benefits offering as part of the Group's employee value proposition (working together with the Group Talent Acquisition lead and General Managers of P&C within the businesses within the Group)Planning and managing cyclical processes, including annual remuneration review, short-term and long-term incentives, Gender Pay Equity analysis and reportingDelivery of Employee Engagement Survey ProgramEngaging & liaising with internal stakeholders & external providers to maintain a compelling suite of employee benefits and ensure effective communications of these across the groupSupporting the leadership development programs in place at AmotivSupporting CPO with the preparation of Board/Committee PapersUndertaking data analysis, modelling and other research on performance and reward projects and initiativesWhat we need you to bring to the role People who succeed at Amotiv are future orientated, think in an anticipatory way using their judgement, independent thinking, and a curiosity for 'what is possible'.

You will beinterpersonally mature and self-confident, not to mention having a sense of humour and being calm under pressure.
Specifically, you will possess the following knowledge and experience:
Recognised tertiary qualification (or equivalent experience) in Business or Human Resources.Solid experience working with remuneration fundamentals, ideally within ASX environment.Thorough understanding and experience with the components of remuneration e.g.
salary, allowances, Superannuation Guarantee, salary sacrifice superannuation, motor vehicles, incentive payments, FBT etc.Understanding of and experience in implementation of Long- and Short-Term incentive plansStrong spreadsheet, data analysis and data presentation skills.Excellent writing capability and experience.Low ego and capacity to hold an 'in service of the business' mindset.Strong organisational skills and an attention to detail when it matters.We are doing some great things, and our people are at the heart of all that we do.
