Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the HR/Training, IT and Compliance/HSEQ Systems functions across the groupAbility to interpret legislation, regulations, awards & EBA'sResponsible for maintaining Safety (ISO45001), Environment (ISO14001) and Quality (ISO9001) accreditations and BMSCoordinate internal & external auditsProactively adopt emerging technologies to support organisational growth and employee engagement.Deliver high quality HR support services to all relevant parties, including recruitment, induction/onboarding, probation review support, annual/remuneration reviews, contract variations, terminations, employee programs etc.This role is to support a Group with offices in Perth & Bunbury; they are open to either a Perth-based or Bunbury-based candidate, with weekly travel and one day a week required in the alternative office.Key Requirements:Qualifications in Human Resources - a Degree or Diploma in HR is essential.Qualifications in Health & Safety - Certificate IV or DiplomaPrevious HR Management experience in the construction/mining/engineering spaceExperience maintaining ISO accreditations including safety (ISO45001), Environment (ISO14001) and Quality (ISO9001)Excellent leadership and communication skills.Thorough understanding of the Fair Work Act, Work Health & Safety Act and all other applicable legislation and codes of practice.Current Drivers Licence & White CardIf this sounds like you and you fit the above criteria, please apply!Alternatively, contact Johanna Niss at or , or Amelia Beaumont at for a confidential discussion.
