Reward and Recognition Program Salary package up to $177,000 dependant on experience  The Opportunity As the Group Manager Development Services you will lead the improvement of systems,frameworks, standards and tools, that deliver quality customer and assetoutcomes, mitigating risk in the extension of network assets for all types of development.
What you'll do: Deliver strategic priorities and develop the culture, capability and performance of our people. Facilitate and champion issues, particularly with regards to quality assurance, that will enhance Hunter Water customer service provision and mitigate risk, providing advice to ensure resources and support is available to enable the Development Services Group team to succeed. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure understanding, engagement and relevance of decisions that will improve assessments and approval work practices and customer outcomes, whilst ensuring Hunter Water meets regulatory and compliance standards. Manageand continually improve the Development Services Group capability to ensurecurrency and maximum utilisation by the team.  What you'll need to be successful: Extensive and demonstrated experience in the operation and maintenance, design and construction of water sector network infrastructure servicing development
Advanced knowledge of engineering service delivery and service management in a regulated business environment
Advanced knowledge and proven record of successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality assurance methodologies and techniques.
Bachelor of Engineering (Civil preferred) Master of Business Administration (or equivalent)
Experience driving continuous improvement and programs within a regulated environment
