Over 15 years of hands-on software engineering experience and 10+ years in data engineering, ideally in a software-first or data-driven organisation.A deep passion for emerging technologies, with strong knowledge of modern development practices such as Agile, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing, diverse teams, building a culture of collaboration, trust, and innovation.Expertise in AI, Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure, Power BI, and other cutting-edge tools that deliver scalable, impactful solutions.Experience with Python, React, Node, JavaScript, .NET, and productivity tools like Jira, Confluence, and GIT.A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work closely with product teams and senior leadership to define and execute bold technical strategies.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting complex ideas to executives and representing the company at industry events.Help drive the future of engineering success and make an impact that matters.
