Your impact:
You will shape financial strategy, drive growth through M&A, and strengthen investor relationships, directly influencing the company's success and value.
Your every day: Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership to set financial objectives, develop financial models and scenario analyses, and prepare board strategy materials to support decision-making and monitor progress.Risk Oversight: Lead the reporting of key enterprise risks, including preparing quarterly reports for the Audit, Risk, and Compliance Committee (ARCC).Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A): Drive the company's M&A strategy by identifying opportunities, leading due diligence processes, and overseeing transaction execution and post-deal integration.Investor Relations: Develop and execute the investor relations strategy, including preparing communication materials, coordinating investor events, and maintaining relationships with investors and analysts.Treasury Strategy: Develop a treasury strategy to support growth, manage risks, maintain banking relationships, and secure financing for key initiatives.Who are you? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.Post graduate qualification in Finance or Accounting (MBA, CFA, CA or CPA).At least 10 years of experience in group finance roles, with a strong background in valuation, M&A, treasury, and strategic financial planning.Experience leading / participating in large-scale M&A transactions, corporate finance strategy, and investor relations in a publicly listed company.Strong knowledge of financial markets, capital markets, and treasury management.Experience in managing public investor relations, including shareholder communications and financial reporting.A career with us
