About the Role
Reporting into the Group Leasing Manager, this Leasing Executive role will see the successful candidate contribute to both business growth and profitability of the Just Group.
The primary focus of this role is to manage an assigned portfolio of properties; negotiating commercial terms of existing sites and to identify new store opportunities in line with the Group's Property strategy.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to
Your success will be measured on your ability to engage with diverse internal and external stakeholders, develop strong relationships with Landlords, other Retailers and Industry groups, along with the following;
Work with the Group Leasing Manager and Global Head of Property on assigned portfolio to review, analyse and propose tactics to achieve the best outcomesNegotiate and finalise new leases with landlords with Leasing Manager as requiredLiaise with Lease Administration team to ensure deals are finalisedReview al documentation ensuring delivery on agreed costs About You
Experience in lease negotiation and property portfolio management, preferably within the Retail Property sectorUnderstanding of commercial market and retail property marketStrategy formulation and executionAbility to build effective relationshipsAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsA property related degree would be advantageous but is not essentialGenerous discount to be used across all of our 7 brands, and access to our sample sales across all brandsCentral office location based on St Kilda Rd, with direct access to the picturesque Fawkner ParkWork closely within a high performing and collaborative teamOpportunities to support your ongoing growth and developmentExperience working for an international company with 7 iconic Australian brandsIdeally, you will have experience in a similar role, where you have built effective relationships and negotiation skills to provide value-add outcomes.
