We are seeking a passionate and dedicated ICT Manager to join our team and play a key role in aligning technology with our organisational goals.
Your main focus will be to oversee all aspects of our ICT environment, including infrastructure, applications and cyber security, and ensure smooth operation of our technology stack with minimal outages.
As part of the leadership team, your role will be multifaceted and include the following:
Work across each of the businesses under the Adcorp Australia and provide strategic leadership to enhance our technical capabilities Manage a small IT team who are responsible for providing ICT support services to internal staff Act as a trusted advisor on emerging technologies and identify opportunities to optimise business processes through innovative IT solutions.
Manage IT infrastructure, including geographically dispersed networks Implement IT security measures across all office locations to ensure compliance with industry standards Manage the deployment and ongoing maintenance of a range of business critical software applications, predominantly SaaS Solutions Managing relationships with external vendors Project work as required, including application upgrades and migrations and office relocations.
About you As a dedicated technology enthusiast and ICT Manager, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
Proven experience in an ICT Management role that has encompassed both on-premise and cloud based Infrastructure and Applications.
Demonstrated experience managing SaaS environments, including integration components Proven experience in leadership, coaching, and management.
Demonstrated excellence in leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities A Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, coupled with industry certifications such as MCSE or CCNA Ready to make a difference?
