Group Hse Manager

A fast growing Facilities Management Service Provider is seeking a strong HSE leader to manage their compliance systems, ISO accreditations and team of HSE Advisors.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic professional who is comfortable being onsite when required - someone with presence, gravitas and excellent HSE knowledge, who is confident meeting with stakeholders and clients as well as training and supervising a team.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure compliance with HSEQ policies and proceduresLiaising with Site Managers and Clients to ensure that HSEQ standards are continually metDevelop and maintain site specific safety initiatives & continuous improvementLead the safety culture on site through ongoing communication and consultation with the site managementBe the Lead investigator for incident investigationsConduct scheduled site audits and risk assessmentsStatistical reporting of HSE impacts – collating data for reportsEnsure compliance with the Food Safety ProgramDevelop safety trainingSkills and Experience for success:
Excellent time management and ability to prioritise workloadsStrong technical and administrative skills5+ years in a similar management roleRemote site management experienceHigh level of communication skills, both verbal and writtenInternal auditor experienceTraining skills and experienceA genuine passion for HSEThis role offers excellent long term career opportunities, a competitive salary, and a supportive executive leadership team.
