Group HR Shared Services Manager (12 month contract) - NEX Building Group - Honeysuckle "Job Details" NSW, Australia Job Identification 353 Job Category People & Culture Locations Posting Date 04/02/2024, 11:07 PM Job Schedule Full-time Job Description Reporting to the CPO you will execute the group HR operations strategy and manage the delivery of a progressive, efficient, and consistent employee experience related to all aspects of HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, change requests, policy development, compliance and the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the HCM. More specifically, you will: Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance to the HR shared services team and collaborate with HR business partners to ensure the efficient delivery of all projects and initiatives Identify opportunities to streamline and improve efficiency ensuring a high level of accuracy in the onboarding, variation management and offboarding processes for employees Drive the development, deployment/implementation and ongoing management/improvement of the HCM (Cornerstone) system as the key or supporting SME for all modules (including Core HR, Learning, Recruitment and Onboarding, Performance and Compensation) Identify ways to continually improve HR processes and initiatives that align to HR strategy and business goals Manage and maintain HR systems and processes to meet legal and internal audit compliance requirements Develop, manage and ensure ongoing review of HR policies and procedures, as well as any required HR related compliance training Ensure the quality and integrity of all people data is accurately stored and reported in the HR System Provide tailored and reliable human resources support to business unit stakeholders aligned with business and corporate goals Qualifications You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate: At least 5 years' HR business partnering and leadership experience in a multi-faceted business Impact as a leader and the ability to influence Tertiary qualification in HR or equivalent discipline Experience with modern awards Experience delivering innovative projects that improve the employee experience Interest in the residential building and construction industry Strong relationship building skills About Us The NEX Building Group is a diverse and expanding organisation with over 1,200 passionate employees.
