Rare opening for a Group / HR Manager to join this growing mining firm within their ELT Group.
They are seeking a Senior HR Leader to support the achievement of their strategic and operational objectives.

Description
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, your duties will include, but are not limited to;

Operational Generalist HR guidance and support to all internal departments and stakeholders across their corporate and site locationsProvide advice and coaching to business leaders on performance management and disciplinary mattersReview, maintain and update internal policies and proceduresIR policy updates, agreement amendments, negotiations and internal guidanceWork with leaders and the Safety team to provide advice and guidanceSupport the team with recruitment matters when requiredPart of ELT meetings and contribute towards their People Strategy and evolving function Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
Tertiary qualifications, ideally within Human ResourcesAgile, progressive, dynamic and solutions focused styleMining orientated industry backgroundStrategic leader who can remain involved operationallyAbility and interest to develop HR systems, policies and procedures
