Group Head Of Financial Control

The successful Group Financial Controller will be working directly alongside the Group CFO and CEO you will lead a team around financial accounting compliance, statutory reporting, audit and tax initiatives for the business.

Description The successful candidate will:
Manage group financial, statutory, and taxation obligations Oversee existing finance systems, ensuring effectiveness of processes and controls Lead the design, implementation, and review of new finance processes and systems Support corporate teams, commercial finance team, and divisional accounting teams Prepare annual budgets for the corporate function Profile The Group Head of Financial Control appointed, will ideally have:
CA/CPA qualified, ideally with a background in a Big 4 / Top tier audit firm Proven track record in technical leadership and financial control Hands on group consolidation experience Ability to engage with executives and shareholders, working autonomously Experience in financial reporting and taxation Strong capability in creating and implementing new processes Ability to adapt to business changes in a growing company Maintain and enhance control environment across finance processes and procedures Job Offer The ideal candidate will get:
