We are looking for certified personal trainers with great energy and a strong passion towards helping others find their groove in the gym.We are looking for a Part-time Group Fitness Trainer to join us at the F45 Training South Lethbridge location who is ambitious, energetic, motivating, knowledgeable, humble, and charismatic.

We will work with our team members' schedules, and successful applicants will have the opportunity to grow their hours significantly by the end of the year (if they wish).Part-Time Group Fitness Trainer OverviewThe Part-Time Group Fitness Trainer plays a vital role within the team, to coach classes, be a team player, and deliver the F45 Experience to the local community.
You will also be working closely with the Head Personal Trainer and Ownership Team to foster and retain current members, welcome new members, and create the best in studio culture for our members!
The ideal candidate is energetic and enthusiastic, professional with excellent verbal communication skills, and has team leadership experience.ResponsibilitiesCoaching and motivating members of the studio while leading them through predetermined workoutsEnsure that all members are getting attention during class, performing exercises safely and correctly, while consistently encouraging members to push their limits and achieve their goalsDemonstrate and complete every exercise in the workouts with perfect formDeliver high-energy and motivation through every F45 class, speaking confidently and clearlyConduct in-person, goal-oriented consultations with all trial membersAble to give regressions and progressions for all exercises to prevent injuriesPromote and sell only F45 services in studio, assist in membership growth and retentionSet up, break down, clean, and store away equipment around studio floor before and/or after classesExperience & Skills1+ years of Personal Training experience preferred.Group training experience (or show us you can be great at it) - Preferably with experience working, or training, in an F45 environment.Must hold current fitness certification from an F45 approved organization, including CPR/AED certificationMust understand functional movement, HIIT, and heart rate focused training programs and the science that supports the F45 workoutsExcellent team player; with the ability to work independentlyGoal-oriented and self-motivatedPositive, motivating and effective interpersonal communication skillsDemonstrate knowledge and usage of social media such as Instagram and FacebookRequired to be on their feet and constantly moving while leading and instructing members for the entirety of the workoutA strong interest and passion for fitness and motivating others to achieve their goalsMust be able to safely lift and move up to 60lbsWeekend availability is an assetEnergetic and attentiveCertificationsNationally accredited current fitness certification - Personal TrainingMust hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certificationCompensation: $18.00 - $26.00 per hourWe embody and live our brand.
