Responsibilities: Deliver high level fitness session – both 1 on 1 and small group sessionsConduct fitness consultationsPromote personal training programs and servicesDevelop safe, exciting and comprehensive training programsEducate members on current health & fitness issues/trendsProvide the highest customer service to all membersSupport members journey and assist in member retention strategies.Connect with people and empower them to live an active lifestyle.Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and always adhere to company core values.Provide exceptional customer service that creates a positive environment not only for members but for the team as well.Possess an enthusiastic, passionate, outgoing, friendly, and ambitious personality.Have a can-do attitude to be able to complete all required tasks in a friendly efficient manner. Qualifications: Cert III and IV in Fitness (or higher qualification)Current First Aid and CPRA good understanding of customer servicePassionate about health and fitness
