Working closely with a cohesive team under the CEO's leadership, the responsibilities will encompass the management of accounting functions, both corporate and operational. This involves tasks ranging from annual budgeting and crafting cash flow forecasts to overseeing project budgets, conducting financial analyses, and ensuring cost control in property projects. Additionally, this role will take charge of the company's taxation affairs, actively seeking project finance opportunities, and maintaining compliance with Group Finance policies.The position involves providing dynamic commercial support to the Group, enhancing operational performance through detailed analysis, reports, and advice. Essential tasks include conducting regular reviews of P&L results, addressing cash-flow issues, and continuously reviewing business processes. Coordinating, managing, and reporting the financial results of the Group, along with supervising and leading the existing accounting team, are crucial aspects of the role.
