This combination of opportunity and support has positioned them as an employer of choice, with long employee tenure and commitment.About the roleWe are currently looking to speak with experienced and qualified Financial Controllers and dealership accountants, looking to step into the role of financial controller for this exciting and dynamic business.The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, as well as a thorough understanding of how a dealership operates. You may come from a truck, earthmoving, agricultural or automotive dealership industry, it doesn't matter - as long as you have dealership experience.In the role, you will be critical in the strategic planning of the business. You will oversee an administrative team of 20, across multiple locations and provide mentoring where necessary. You will lead the creation and adherence of industry business processes and systems at all levels.Ideally you will also have:Proven experience in a similar role, with an organisation size of at least 50 staffDegree Qualifications, CPA or CA qualification requiredProficiency in all facets of the dealership financial accounting processesExperience in leading and managing a teamAn excellent remuneration package comprising of a healthy retainer (c. $150k - $200k + super) will be tailored to attract the candidate who will best fit the organisation.About TeamrecruitLooking for your next job in heavy vehicles, machinery, or equipment?
