The opportunity Lead the Group Financial Reporting and Treasury function of ASX Listed PeopleIn (ASX: PPE).
The role will be responsible for financial matters of the group including: Financial control and ledger integrity Regulatory reporting including year end and half year disclosures Accounting standard compliance Audit co-ordination Treasury management including cash flow forecasting and debt management Consolidation of the financial results and reporting to the Board The responsibilities include: Preparation and co-ordination of the audit of group financial reports for year end and half year end for release to the ASX.
Providing accurate and appropriate advice to the Group CFO on accounting matters, accounting standards, and consulting with Auditors to ensure transactions are correctly reported.
Responsible for the consolidation of divisional results to ensure accurate group financial results are delivered on time.
Manage the group cash and debt exposure, lowering costs and maximizing efficiency including providing weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts, debt management, bank reporting, and reporting to group requirements.
Balance sheet management, including asset and liability management (ALM) to effectively manage balances, working capital, and growth opportunities.
Manage the Group property portfolio including lease renewals, strategic opportunities, and oversight of all lease matters.
What you need This role requires a person who thinks outside the box and thrives in a fast-paced and high-volume environment.
Minimum of 6 years as a Group Financial Controller or Financial Reporting Specialist Qualified Accountant (CA or CPA) Strong management, multi-tasking, and decision-making skills Strong influencing skills to achieve outcomes Management and development of teams Focus on efficiency and business improvement High level of financial literacy Effective communication of financial results and forecasts to Senior Executives and Business Leaders Curious?
