Are you ready to take financial leadership to the next level? We're now seeking a Group Financial Controller to lead our financial control team and support our continued growth.
About The Role The Group Financial Controller is responsible for all of Evolution Group Holdings financial management activities, managing and overseeing the cash flow of the companies' entities to achieve profits on behalf of shareholders while ensuring it has the appropriate treasury controls in place. This is done through managing and overseeing the financial department and its staff in their day-to-day operations. Hybrid working options available.
Key Responsibilities · Control all Financial Management activities and practices within the group, ensuring legislative compliance and best practice occurs
· Manage the compilation of financial information for inclusion in monthly Board reports and other financial reports.
· Responsibly manage all financial Strategic and Annual Planning, Budget Development Planning, and Group Reporting
· Improve and Maintain Finance department staff and processes to ensure a high-performing department
· Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external Stakeholder through great Leadership and Communication skills.
What You'll Bring · Professional Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CPA, or similar recognised accounting qualification.
· Proven Experience: At least 8-10 years of progressive experience in finance, with a strong background in financial control, ideally within a group or multinational setting.
· Leadership Skills: Demonstrated experience leading finance teams, with a knack for inspiring and developing talent.
· Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyse complex financial data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
· Resilience & Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
