The OpportunityThis large, established Australian group is looking for an ambitious, technically competent CA qualified Accountant to join their Group Finance function.Reporting into the Group FC, your responsibilities will include:
Group-level monthly management reportingFinancial statementsBoard reportingBudgetingForecastingTrial balance analysis/commentariesIndirect taxes (payroll tax, GST)Treasury accountingComplex bank reconciliationsFixed assetsInter-company accountingPlaying a key role in the half and year-end audit processYou will also be involved in internal business improvement projects, systems projects, and other ad hoc pieces of work, as well as providing technical accounting advice to divisional stakeholders.About youYou are a qualified CA, with 0-3 years' post-qualified experience, seeking your first move out of a Big 4 or mid-tier firm.
