Your ability to manage acquisitions and diverse assets, oversee compliance, and provide strategic financial insights will be critical to Apeiron Corp's success. To Excel in this role, you will have: Proven experience in financial management, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Expertise in financial systems and process improvements (e.g., Xero, ERP systems).Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and build high-performing teams including offshore members.A solid understanding of compliance requirements, including BAS, GST, and payroll tax.Experience in asset management, including revaluation and tracking of refurbished assets.A hands-on approach with the ability to balance day-to-day operational tasks with long-term strategic planning.Experience with financial integration of acquisitions is highly desirable.Your New RoleAs Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the financial operations across Apeiron Corp's entities, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Reporting directly to the business owner, and working closely with the COO, you will lead the implementation of financial systems and processes, provide strategic financial insights, and prepare the organisation for future opportunities.
This role requires a hands-on approach as you build the foundation for a scalable finance function and contribute to the company's strategic growth. Key Areas of ResponsibilityOversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting across multiple entities.Develop and implement financial systems and processes to improve efficiency and ensure scalability.Manage cash flow, tax compliance, payroll, and asset management, ensuring accurate reporting and alignment with regulatory requirements.Collaborate with senior leadership on acquisitions, providing financial due diligence and integration support.Mentor and develop a future finance team, establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability structures.Provide strategic insights to the business owner, supporting decision-making and long-term planning.Ensure compliance with financial regulations, including BAS, GST, and payroll tax.Why Join Apeiron Corp?At Apeiron Corp, you'll have the unique opportunity to build and shape a finance function from the ground up, contributing to the company's growth and success.
