We are seeking a skilled and strategic Group Finance Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover.
About the Role
As Group Finance Manager at McPherson's, you will play a key role in driving the financial integrity and performance.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, this position is pivotal in ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Key responsibilities include:
Overseeing month-end close processes for customer allowances (rebates, promotional discounts, co-operative advertising, etc), including journal entries and GL reconciliations, with a focus on audit-quality outcomes.Providing insights and resolving issues related to customer allowances and rebate calculations.Assisting Senior Finance Manager with consolidated financial reporting for monthly, half-year, and yearly results.Preparing financial statements and supporting the team with group accounting matters.Liaising with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Warehouse, Supply Chain) and external auditors to uphold compliance and excellence. About You
We are looking for a highly skilled finance leader with strong technical knowledge and exceptional analytical abilities.
