Group Finance Manager
Our client, a well-established and respected company operating in the transport and agricultural sectors, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Group Finance Manager. Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, you will ensure that financial operations run smoothly, profitably, and in full compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:
Manage a complex finance operation across multiple dealerships and agricultural locations. Oversee and support branch Finance Managers. Develop and manage budgets, creating sales plans to meet targets. Oversee significant finance applications, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines. Conduct annual client reviews and establish client credit limits. Maintain and build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, Branch Managers, and key stakeholders. Coach and develop direct reports to maximise performance. Continuously assess and implement improvements to finance operations. Requirements
This role would appeal to a highly experienced Credit Manager with strong relationship skills. An exposure to Corporate/Agri banking would be highly regarded.
5+ years of experience in a similar role. Strong financial and commercial knowledge. Excellent leadership, communication, and client relationship skills. Exceptional problem-solving, negotiation, and organisational abilities. What's in it for you.
