This is a rare & unique opportunity to lead financial operations across a broad network of dealerships and branches. If you are a seasoned finance or banking professional looking to take on a senior leadership role, this offers the chance to make a real impact on the business's future success.Key ResponsibilitiesReporting to the CEO, you will ensure that financial operations run smoothly, profitably, and in full compliance with industry standards. Your responsibilities will include:Manage a complex finance operation across multiple dealerships and agricultural locations.Oversee and support branch Finance Managers.Develop and manage budgets, creating sales plans to meet targets.Oversee significant finance applications, ensuring adherence to compliance guidelines.Conduct annual client reviews and establish client credit limits.Maintain and build strong relationships with Dealer Principals, Branch Managers, and key stakeholders.Coach and develop direct reports to maximise performance.Continuously assess and implement improvements to finance operations.RequirementsThis role would appeal to a highly experienced Credit Manager with strong relationship skills.
