Group Exercise Instructor / Triple A ContractorRyman Healthcare is looking for a qualified exercise professional to deliver our Triple A group exercise class once a week in Sir Hubert Opperman Retirement Village in Mulgrave, Melbourne. Class Day: One morning a week (open to discussion)
Class Time: 10am (Functional fitness class ideally)
This is a contracting role with opportunities for additional classes to be added over the coming month when required. The functional fitness class will begin with a pre-choreographed seated format with some standing exercises. Experience in older adult exercise is required.
