The Role: As Group Executive Chef, you'll drive the culinary vision across several prestigious Sydney locations, working closely with the executive team to shape an elevated and cohesive dining experience. This role is both creative and operational, leading talented chefs and kitchen staff across multiple venues to ensure each kitchen operates seamlessly. You will oversee every aspect of kitchen management, from menu development to quality control, while building strong relationships with local suppliers to secure the finest ingredients that uphold the brand's high standards.

Key Responsibilities: Operations: Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations, manage food safety standards, inventory, and supplier relationships, ensuring consistency in quality and service across all venues.People Management: Lead recruitment, training, and team development, creating a collaborative, high-performing kitchen culture. Inspire and mentor your team to deliver excellence at every level.Financial Management: Ensure profitability through effective budget management, food cost control, and P&L oversight, balancing financial goals with uncompromising quality.Product Development: Partner with the executive team on menu innovation and concept refinement, keeping the dining experience fresh, authentic, and aligned with culinary trends. Skills & Experience Required: Demonstrated experience as an Executive Chef, with a focus on Middle Eastern cuisine.Strong leadership skills, with experience managing a large team.High business acumen with a focus on achieving profitability without sacrificing quality.Passion for creating a lasting impact within Sydney's culinary landscape.
