See Differently with the Royal Society for the Blind is seeking a Group Executive Assistant (Administration Manager) to provide high-level support to our Group Executive and play a pivotal role in aligning our administrative functions with the organisation's strategic goals.In this dynamic position, you will be at the heart of our operations, supporting the Executive Leadership team while managing complex administrative functions. You will assist an inspiring team in facilitating change initiatives across the organisation, fostering continuous improvement and collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:Executive Support: Provide comprehensive administrative assistance to the Executive Director and Group Executive, including overseeing meetings, events, and travel arrangements.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary contact for internal and external stakeholders, including Board members, government officials, clients, and senior leadership.Change Facilitation: Play an active role in planning, implementing, and monitoring organisational change initiatives.Reporting & Documentation: Ensure timely preparation of reports, board papers, and presentations for executive and board meetings.Office Operations: Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships, while overseeing sensitive document handling and budget management.Continuous Improvement: Participate in strategic planning processes and contribute to organisational development through process improvement and feedback.Your Skills and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Organisational Development, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years in a high-level administrative role such as Executive Assistant or Administration Manager, with proven experience in supporting organisational change initiatives.Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and online meeting platforms such as Zoom and Teams.Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential matters with integrity, discretion, and sound diplomatic skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on achieving strategic outcomes.Highly organised with project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.A warm, positive, can-do attitude with a proven aptitude for meeting deadlines and performing under pressure.Ability to work autonomously, determine priorities, and anticipate the requirements of the Group Executive.A proactive approach to identifying issues and implementing solutions.What We Can Offer YouAt See Differently, we're committed to making a positive impact on the lives of people with blindness or vision impairment.
