4/25 Argyle St, HobartThe Role:Provide strategic leadership, high level advice and direction on a state-wide basis in the development and management of Population Screening and Cancer Prevention (PSCP).Advise on current and emerging trends in cancer prevention and control, in particular population screening, at an organisational, state and national level.Oversee operational activities and ensure financial health by effectively managing resources, budgets, and compliance to maintain efficiency and maximise impact.Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture by supporting and inspiring staff, promoting professional growth, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams to enhance performance and job satisfaction.The Team:Join a passionate and dedicated team making a real difference in cancer prevention and early detection.
