We currently have an exciting role available for Group Digital Director to join ARN's Digital Sales Specialist team.

About You: You are hungry for your next step into leadership or an experienced leader looking to expand your experience into digital audio.

You are confident in your networking and relationship building skills and aren't afraid to reach out to generate Sales meetings and Digital brief uncovery.
About The Role: This is a dynamic role in representing ARN's Digital Portfolio!
In this role you'll be providing support and guidance to our all-audio sales team whilst interacting closely with external digital buyers and stakeholders, showcasing ARN's digital assets like podcasts, music streaming, and programmatic advertising opportunities.
Understanding these digital assets in-depth will be crucial as you explore avenues for digital commercialisation.
This is a great opportunity to influence and shape digital advertising strategies within ARN.
Your key responsibilities will include but not be limited to; Build strong, ongoing relationships with internal personnel with particular focus on internal sales team to influence collaboration and overall team success.
Identify, connect with and go on to build strong, ongoing relationships with external Digital & Programmatic contacts to uncover Digital only briefs and revenue.
This will include client entertainment in the form of client lunches and other fun social events.
Attaining the sales budgets that are allocated to you.
KPI achievements will be reviewed every quarter.
Plan strategies and solutions to meet quarterly targets through accurate forecasting Deliver high standard of communication, both written and verbal.
