Group Chief Financial Officer

The Company is seeking a Group Chief Financial Officer to play a pivotal role in driving social impact in a financially sustainable manner.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the professional and flexible delivery of shared services, ensuring the highest quality of service to meet the business needs of the group.
This includes financial analysis and advice, financial planning, management, reporting, and policy development.
The Group CFO will also be involved in strategic development, particularly in the context of potential acquisitions or mergers, and will oversee the production of various financial reports for the Board, business leaders, and the Group CEO.

Applicants for the Group CFO position at the company should have a proven track record as a CFO in a similar-sized organization, with extensive experience in financial and shared services management.
The role requires a leader who can support and develop a shared services team, and who is adept at working with diverse stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
Current CPA or CA credentials are essential, and experience in the VET, NDIS, DES, apprenticeship system, AQTF, and state training guidelines is desirable.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in strategic and operational business planning, be familiar with legal compliance, and have the ability to travel interstate as needed.
