Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) opportunityDynamic ASX listed industry leaderDrive strategy & growth in a highly visible leadership roleAbout the organisation.This ASX listed industry leading provider of world-class technology and support to all healthcare sectors has exclusively retained the services of FourQuarters Recruitment to appoint a new Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO).This group is on the verge of an exciting chapter of growth, with an expanding local and international footprint based on complimentary business brands and increased scalability to produce optimized outcomes.The opportunityReporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be responsible for overseeing all financial activities and functions within the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial and commercial guidance to senior management to support decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesAs Group CFO, you will provide financial stewardship and governance overseeing all financial activities within the organisation, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing financial guidance to senior management to support decision-making. The Group CFO will have direct access to the board, attending all Board and Audit and Risk Committee meetings. You will oversee the leadership for Group Risk management framework and Insurance, and develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's overall business objectives.As Group CFO, you will ensure compliance with finance and tax regulatory requirements, & manage relationships with external financial stakeholders, including auditors, banks, and investors. You will collaborate with other senior leaders to evaluate new business opportunities, acquisitions, and partnerships. At the same time, you will develop and implement internal controls and policies to ensure the integrity of financial information and safeguard assets. The Group CFO will also manage company secretary function for the group.As Group CFO, you will play a pivotal role in leading and developing a team of finance professionals, providing guidance, training, and coaching as needed.What you need to bring to the tableAs a seasoned CFO, you will be CPA/CA qualified with a demonstrated track record of 15+ years of experience in financial management roles, with 5+ years in a senior leadership role as CFO in a medium to large ASX listed business. Ideally, you will come from a high volume, low margin distribution environment with exposure to multi-country operations including Asia. Whilst not critical, experience in the healthcare industry will be an advantage. With a strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and reporting requirements, you will be a strategic & commercially minded CFO able to provide insights and recommendations to support the achievement of an organisation's strategic objectives and growth. Critical to your success will be your ability to execute in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where decisions need to be made in a deadline-driven environment with competing priorities. As a leader, you will possess and demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, promoting a culture of collaboration, and fostering a positive work environment. Your strong stakeholder management skills will be critical to building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory authorities.Attractive & highly competitive remuneration with STI & LTI.***Please note this role is based full time in Melbourne***Join a high growth ASX listed industry leader as Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) reporting direct to the Group CEO.
