We ensure diversity is celebrated for the opportunity it provides us all to learn and grow, and deliver better outcomes for members.Your New RoleReporting to the Principal, Member Group Delivery in Fund Services domain, the Group Change Lead is responsible for providing and delivering change management expertise in support of the Group's project portfolio. You will manage a highly effective team of change management resources ensuring that project delivery is aligned with, and reinforces, the Fund's culture and values.The Group Change Lead will play a key role in increasing change capability in the designated group, working with leaders to provide strategic change advice, guidance and coaching as required. This role is responsible for sizing and scoping for forecast projects, planning and monitoring of people dependencies and oversight and execution of quality organisational change activities and outcomes on programs within their remit.Some of your duties include, but are not limited to:Provide strategic change advice to support successful sequencing and management of people interdependencies across programs within their remit.Manage a high performing team of change resources to deliver quality people change outcomes.Coach and mentor change resources to apply a structured change management approach and methodology to manage people transitions on project/programs.Lead the team to operate and make decisions according to the Fund's Policies, Standards and Procedures and the Fund's Key Decision Registers and the delegated authorities.What You'll NeedA strategic thinker, with high influencing skills and comfortable working with ambiguity.Ability to coach across peers, reports and upline around change management technical skills, change leadership and dealing with ambiguity and resistance.Deep knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.Significant change management experience including program (multi concurrent stream) change management (ie 8+ years).A deep understanding of how people navigate change and the change process.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.Experience with business transformation, process re-engineering and/or system implementations.Exceptional communication skills - both written and verbal.Able to work effectively at all levels in an organisation.Excellent active listening skills.Problem solving skills.Strong analytic and decision-making skills.Life at AustralianSuperAustralianSuper is committed to colleague development, and we support our people with ongoing learning, coaching and training, as well as career opportunities across our expanding global organisation.
