Maintain and develop strong relationships with key clients, acting as the main point of contact.Serve as a strategic advisor to clients, providing insights and guidance on media and advertising strategies.Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality work and exceeding client expectations.2. Team Leadership
Lead and manage a team of account managers and other professionals, providing direction, support, and mentorship.Oversee the allocation of resources across accounts to ensure efficient and effective delivery of services.Evaluate team performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for professional development.Oversee the development and execution of media and advertising campaigns, ensuring they align with client objectives and brand guidelines.3. Strategic Planning & Communication
Develop and oversee the implementation of comprehensive media strategies that align with client goals.Collaborate with other departments within the agency, such as creative, digital, and analytics, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.Encourage and foster a culture of innovation within the team to keep the agency's offerings competitive and forward-thinking.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on account performance, business development activities, and team achievements.4. Financial Management & Business Development
