Responsibilities: Daily Accounting and Integration Between Departments: Daily accounting of Sales, Purchase, Customer, Vendors and other JV are required to post.
Co-ordinate with other departments for the Accounting and finance process.
Financial Analysis and Reporting: Analyze and assess the company's periodical financial statements to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Prepare and present accurate financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Budget Analysis and Monitoring: Analyze annual capital expenditure (capex) and revenue budgets to support sound financial decision-making.
Monitor budget performance and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure adherence to financial plans.
Management Information System (MIS) Reporting: Create, review, and present periodical MIS statements, reports, and presentations for senior management, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
Regulatory Compliance and International Expertise: Stay updated on regulatory changes and customs rules and regulations in various countries, ensuring the company's global compliance.
Provide guidance and expertise on international regulatory requirements.
Tax Compliance and Process Standardization: Oversee direct and indirect tax compliances to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes, ensuring their consistent implementation across the organization.
