We have a mining magnate client who is looking for a Group remuneration and systems advisor role you will join their HR team in the Brisbane office! Key Duties
Remuneration and Benefits:
-Review, and implement the Remuneration Framework and Strategy for the organisation
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to ensure remuneration and benefits remain competitive and aligned to the Remuneration Framework & StrategyResponsible for collating and submitting data for remuneration survey submissions for all groups as required, in return for being able to access benchmarking data for employees and Executives.Consolidate and develop our Benefit programs to enhance the Employee Value PropositionDeveloping stratified systems organisational structure and develop job families and remuneration bands within this structureSupport various operational activities such as gender pay gap analyses, out of cycle salary reviews, business case reviews, policy enhancements, market alignments, LOO TemplatesBenchmark and provide analysis for input into any salary review recommendation.Manage the Performance and Salary Review CycleReportingGroup HR Standards and GuidelinesCorporate HR SupportGroup HR InitiativesHuman Resources Information System Development
What you will bring!
Tertiary qualification (or equivalent demonstrated ability) in Human Resource Management;Mining or heavy industry experience (preferred);At least 15 years' experience across all facets of the HR with particular expertise in Remuneration and Benefits, HR Standards Systems and Governance, HRIS development and implementation, performance management cycle;Previous involvement implementing HR projects/initiatives;Ability to deal with multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;Experience working as part of a team as well as autonomously;Hands on experience in HRIS' (eg Kronos, Success Factors or other HRIS), including reporting;Advanced Excel skills and proficient in Microsoft suite.
