About The Role Reporting to the Group Accounts Manager, your role and responsibilities will consist of but are not limited to: Support the month-end closing of accounts receivable ledger Reconcile General ledger accounts associated with Finance products like Humm and Latitude Provide support to stores in processing finance applications including Humm Big Things, Little things, Humm online, Humm Tap and Latitude Finance Liaise with Humm merchant and Latitude merchant services teams regarding store queries, customer queries, setting up finance accounts for new stores and special finance approvals Ensure timely collection of outstanding amounts and the maintenance of outstanding debts at acceptable levels Manage Gifts cards processing & Contents Insurance Resolve certain disputes raised by customers Allocating and receipting of customer payments from bank statement using SAP Review online sales order transactions blocked for fraudulent checks Process webstore refunds and ANZ chargebacks Communicate with internal and external stakeholders Maintain Physical and Digital Management system  Maintain daily picking of jewellery quota Key competencies to succeed in the role include: 2+ years' experience in Accounts administration Experience and exposure to a large ERP system such as SAP Intermediate to advance MS Excel skills Strong time management and organisational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Sound data entry and administration experience Proven ability to resolve conflict with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills Strong attention to detail Positive and friendly attitude with the ability to work with several stakeholders If this sounds like a role you would be interested in and you are able to demonstrate the requirements for the role, please apply today!  As part of the JPL Recruitment process, the successful applicant/s will be required to complete a National Police Criminal History Check from the relevant State and/or Territory he/she resides in before they receive an Employment offer.
